As Fort Laudedale Realtors it has recently been brought to our attention that a mass mailing has gone out to Fort Lauderdale Real Estate owners, in both single family homes and condominiums that in our opinion is very much a scam. I am confident that this mailing reaches way beyond the South Florida area but did want to bring it to the attention of our readers who own property in Fort Lauderdale. 

The letter and envelope start off with things like “Official Court Document”, “Certified Record Retrieval”, and the call of urgency “ No other notice will be sent”, and of course the opportunity to purchase a certified copy of your deed for $50.00 plus postage.
