Wilton Manors Real Estate once again has proven the old real estate wisdom of "location, location, location".  As the stock market sank by almost 300 points today and people were once again screaming double dip, Wilton Manors Real Estate once again proved that if you are a community where people want to live, you can see a healthy real estate market on the horizon. Wilton Manors Real Estate market is currently, very tight, with only 48 Homes for Sale in the entire city. The condominium market is just as tight with only 49 Condos for Sale in Wilton Manors. Looking at the Wilton Manors Condo market a little closer and you find that 25 of the condominiums for sale in the city are in Wilton Station the single largest condominium develoepment in Wilton Manors.
