Fort Lauderdale Real Estate has a bright future near Fort Lauderdale Beach. The future of Ft Lauderdale Beach is exciting; The vision for Ft Lauderdale Beach should be of interest to anyone looking to buy a home or condominium in the current Fort Lauderdale Real Estate market.

Even though there are no new Fort Lauderdale Condominiums currently planned, other important projects are moving forward. Major projects are planned for Ft Lauderdale Beach, "We were taking baby steps, but now we're taking leaps, " said public relations executive Chuck Malkus, who serves on the cities beach redevelopment board. It’s been a journey for the City of Fort Lauderdale. Fort Lauderdale Beach is turning into a world class destination, as numerous new luxury hotels prove daily.  Fort Lauderdale Beach will see much of the money for redevelopment come from property taxes collected under a decision made in 1989. Ft Lauderdale will soon seek bids to start bringing these projects forward. The owners of Fort Lauderdale’s Bahia Mar Resort development expect to seek approval for their plans shortly. Ft Lauderdale’s Swimming Halll of Fame developers are working on securing 71 million dollars to revamp the landmark and expect to discuss the project with the city commissioners at an upcoming meeting.   
 
     The largest Fort Lauderdale current project being looked at is called Oceanside Plaza.  The plans call for Fort Lauderdale to take the city owned parking lot at A1A and Las Olas, and build a garage along with a public plaza and park. The plan includes a performance stage for cultural events and landscaped terraces facing Fort Lauderdale beach. Plans also call for a viewing tower as part of the parking garage.  The beach entrance across A1A would be expanded to create a landmark gateway to beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach, an area highly regarded by buyers of Fort Lauderdale Condominiums.

Fort Lauderdale beach has been referred to as the cities single largest tourist attraction and as a potential buyer of Fort Lauderdale Real Estate these plan are important to the future of the City of Fort Lauderdale Real Estate,

I am glad to see that Ft. Lauderdale Beach is not resting on its laurels, but actively promoting its amenities. There are many beach towns, but only a few magnetic tourist destinations! Posted on Saturday, April 30th, 2011 at 11:09am.
