Fort Lauderdale Condominium buyers need to be aware that a Florida law referred to as “Homeowners 6” went into effect in 2009. In the Fort Lauderdale Condo market enforcement of the law has not been universal because of the tight economic times but we do expect to see it become more the standard. Throughout numerous articles on this blog, as a Fort Lauderdale Realtor I have spoken about Wilton Manors Real Estate becoming a sellers market. I have dicussed the end of any inventory of new Ft Lauderdale Beach Condos. We have mentioned excellant building near the beach such as the Tides at Bridgeside Square where there are currently 7 units on the marekt representing less that 3% of the building. Wilton Manors Real Estate once again has proven the old real estate wisdom of "location, location, location".  As the stock market sank by almost 300 points today and people were once again screaming double dip, Wilton Manors Real Estate once again proved that if you are a community where people want to live, you can see a healthy real estate market on the horizon. Wilton Manors Real Estate market is currently, very tight, with only 48 Homes for Sale in the entire city. The condominium market is just as tight with only 49 Condos for Sale in Wilton Manors. Looking at the Wilton Manors Condo market a little closer and you find that 25 of the condominiums for sale in the city are in Wilton Station the single largest condominium develoepment in Wilton Manors.…
